وانیل ۱ قاشق چایخوری
قالب کیک ۲۰ در ۲۰ سانت

مواد لازم برای طرح روی رولت
کره بدون نمک در دمای محیط ۲۰ گرم
پودر قند ۲۰ گرم
آرد شیرینی پزی ۲۰ گرم
سفیده تخم مرغ ۲۰ گرم
رنگهای ژله ای مورد نیاز طبق طرح

فر را در دمای ۱۷۰ درجه سانتیگراد روشن کنید

cake flour 20g
icing sugar 20g
egg white 20g
gel food colouring according to the design

ingredients for the batter:
cake flour 60g
sugar 50g
water 50ml
oil 30ml
2 egg yolks
3 egg whites
vanilla 1 tsp
cake tin 20x20cm

preheat the oven to 170C
