Minced Beef - 400g
Onion (for Meatballs) - 1
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Flour - 2 Tbsp
Egg - 1
Salt - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1 Tbsp
Paprika - 1 Tbsp
Cumin - 1 Tsp
Chili Pepper - 1 Tsp
Onion (for Sauce) - 2
Tomato Sauce - 1 Cup
Split Chickpeas - 1 Cup
Oil - 1/2 Cup
Water - 1 Litre

Soup/ Aash Recipe:
Oil - 1/3 Cup
Onion - 1
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Paprika - 1 Tbsp
Chickpeas - 2 Cups
Kideny Beans - 1 & 1/2 Cup
Mung Beans - 3/4 Cup
Spinach - 2 Cups
Leak - 1 Cup
Coriander - 1 Cup
Salt - to taste
Tagliatelle - 200g

Accents:
Mint - 2 Tbsp
Butter 2 Tbsp
Yogurt - 1 Cup
