INGREDIENTS:

Dried Milk - 1 & 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Egg - 2
Milk - 3 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pistachio Powder - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 & 1/3 Cup

PREPARATION
1. Mix the dried milk and baking powder in a owl and create a crater in the center.
2. Whisk the 2 eggs and pour them in the center of the dry ingredients and start to knead it.
3. Once it has Been kneaded create little dough balls ready to cook.
4. In a pan pour the milk and add in the sugar. Wait for it to come to a boil and one by one add in the dough balls. Mix it by shaking the pan.
5. After 5 mins add in the cardamom and let it boil for another 10 mins.
6. Serve it in a bowl and add on the dried pistachios. This is better served cold.
