Ingredients:-

* 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 4 eggs
* 3/4 cup butter
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:-

* Grease the pan, dust it with flour.
* Preheat the oven on 180 C
* Mix the baking powder and flour. ( in a separate bowl )
* Beat the egg whites until it forms a soft and fluffy foam. ( in a separate bowl )
* Beat the butter until it's creamy.
* Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence to the butter and mix well.
* Add the egg yolks to the butter-sugar mixture one by one.
* Beat for 5 minutes.
* Add the fluffy egg whites, fold with a spatula.
* Add the flour mixture, fold with spatula.
* Add the milk, fold again.
* Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 C or 350 F
