Cabbage rice tastes very delicious with good flavors of fried cabbage, meat and peas.
Ingredients:-
* 500 grams Sela rice ( soaked in water for an hour )
* 1 small Cabbage ( rough julienne cut )
* 300 grams of minced beef
* 1/2 cup boiled green peas
* 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 6 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
* Salt ( as required)
* 1/2 teaspoon Chinese salt
* 1/2 cup oil
* 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
* 1 teaspoon red chili powder
Directions:-
For the meat and cabbage ,
* Heat oil and cook the garlic in it for 2 minutes
* Add the beef and cook on low flame until brown
* Then add the cabbage and spring onion and let cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes
* Add the green peas, worcestershire sauce, chili garlic sauce, red chili, black pepper, Chinese salt and table salt ( as favored )
For the rice,
* Boil water, add 2 tablespoons salt and the rice ( remove the water it's soaked in )
* Let boil until the rice is 75% cooked.
* Strain the water
* Put half the rice in a pot, then add the meat and cabbage and then cover with the rest of the rice.
* Pour half cup of water and put on the lid
* Let cook on high flame for 5 minutes and then on low flame for 10 minutes.
*Serve and Enjoy!
