IRAN: Driving Tour in Lavasan, TEHRAN | تهران لواسان

Lavasan is one of the cities of Shemiranat city in Tehran province and Lavasanat district. In popular terms, this city is called Lavason.
Lavasan is a summery and pleasant valley on the southern slopes of the Alborz mountains, which is famous for its pristine and beautiful views of the Jajrud River and the beautiful Dark Zone Lake of Lavasan. The green nature of Lavasan starts from the northern slopes of this city and continues to the shore of the Letian Dam lake. In the landscapes of this region, nature can be seen more beautifully in the four seasons of the year.
The city of Lavasan is located 11 kilometers northeast of Tehran and is considered as the closest area with good weather and summer in Tehran. The distance between Lavasan and Babaei highway in Tehran is about 7 kilometers, which can be reached in less than 30 minutes. Also, this garden has easy access to Artesh and Shemiran highways through Lashgarak road, and this city is also known as a piece of paradise.
لَواسان یکی از شهرهای شهرستان شمیرانات در استان تهران و بخش لواسانات است. در اصطلاح عامیانه به این شهر لواسون می‌گویند.
لواسان درّه‌ای است ییلاقی و خوش آب و هوا در دامنه‌های جنوبی کوه‌های البرز که به خاطر داشتن چشم‌اندازهای بکر و زیبا از رودخانه جاجرود و دریاچهٔ زیبای دارک زون لواسان شهرت یافته‌است. طبیعت سرسبز لواسان از دامنه‌های شمالی این شهر آغاز می‌شود و تا ساحل دریاچه سد لتیان ادامه دارد. در چشم‌اندازهای این منطقه می‌توان طبیعت را در چهار فصل سال به زیبایی هرچه بیشتر تماشا کرد.
شهر لواسان در ۱۱ کیلومتری شمال شرق تهران قرار دارد و به عنوان نزدیک‌ترین منطقهٔ خوش آب و هوا و ییلاقی شهر تهران به‌شمار می‌آید. فاصله لواسان تا اتوبان بابایی تهران حدود ۷ کیلومتر می‌باشد که در کمتر از ۳۰ دقیقه می‌توان به آن دسترسی داشت. همچنین این باغشهر از طریق جاده لشگرک، به آسانی به اتوبان ارتش و شمیران دسترسی دارد و این شهر نیز به تکه ای از بهشت معروف است.
