I made a tutorial for persian rice pudding.
I made 2 kinds.
One with soy milk and one with normal milk.

Servings: 3
The ingrediënts:
3-4 cups of rice
2-3 cups of water
1/4 tblsp of salt
1 tblsp of ginger (optional)
1 tblsp of rose water
( when the rice is cooked i put in 1/3 of it in the soy milk pan)
2-3 cups of soy milk
3 cups of (goat or cow) milk

5 tblsp of cinnamon
4-5 (how much you would like) sugar
