Tochal village near Hesar Amir section of the central part of Pakdasht city and in the east of Tehran province is one of the old villages of this province, which is the communication route to this village from Pakdasht city. Mian Koohi Tochal village has a special position due to its location on the southern slopes of Alborz and in the path of historical, natural and tourist attractions.

The village has a centralized residential texture and the materials used in its old houses are mud, wood and stone that have been reconstructed and have taken on an urban texture. The people of this village speak the sweet language of Lori (Hadavandi) and are engaged in animal husbandry, gardening and some of them are engaged in carpet weaving and carpet weaving, which are also considered as handicrafts of this village. The local food of this village is broth, techchin and all kinds of kebabs and its main products are pomegranate, fig and meat and dairy products.

روستای توچال نزدیکی بخش حصار امیر از توابع بخش مرکزی شهرستان پاکدشت و در شرق استان تهران از روستاهای قدیمی این استان به شمار می آید که راه ارتباطی به این روستا از شهر پاکدشت می باشد . روستای میان کوهی توچال به دلیل قرار گیری در دامنه های جنوبی البرز و در مسیر جاذبه های تاریخی ، طبیعی و گردشگری از موقعیت خاص و ویژه ای برخوردار است .

این روستا دارای بافت مسکونی متمرکز و مصالح به کار رفته در خانه های قدیمی آن از گل ، چوب و سنگ که بازسازی شده اند و بافت شهری به خود گرفته است . مردم این روستا به زبان شیرین لری ( هداوندی ) صحبت می کنند و به کار دامداری ، باغداری و برخی از آنان به گلیم و قالی بافی مشغول هستند که جز صنایع دستی این روستا نیز محسوب می شوند . غذاهای محلی این روستا آبگوشت ، ته چین و انواع کباب است و محصولات عمده ی آن انار ، انجیر و محصولات دامی گوشت و لبنیات است.
