INGREDIENTS:

Gram Flour - 3 Cups
Plain Flour - 1 Cups
Chilli Powder - to taste
Ajwain - 1 Tsp
Crushed Cumin - 1 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Food Colouring - 1/2 Tsp
Water lukewarm - 1 Cup
Salt - Tsp


PREPARATION
1. Mix together the water, salt, food colouring and half of the oil. Set this aside for later use.
2. Sift the flour, gram flour, chilli powder and turmeric. add the crushed cumin and ajwain. Stir everything together and create a hole in the middle to pour the wet ingredients.
3. Knead this and rub the remaining oil in too. Set this aside for 10 minutes.
4. Once the 10 minutes have passed section it into 6 balls and roll them out ready to put through a pasta maker.
5. First, thin out the dough by increasing the level each time you pass it through. The highest is level 3.
6. Then when all the dough is thinned out, put it through the pasta slicer and fry each side for 2 minutes.
7. Enjoy
