Chicken Shashlik is a very quick recipe. It always looks fancy on your dining table and tastes delicious.
Ingredients:-
* 400 grams Chicken breast ( cut into squares )
* 1 onion ( cut into squares )
* 2 tomatoes ( cut into squares )
* 2 capsicums ( cut into squares)
* 2 tablespoon ketchup
* 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
* 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
* 1 tablespoon cornflour
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* Oil ( to shallow fry )
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
* 1/4 black pepper
Note: Shashlik sticks should be soaked in water for 10-15 minutes so that they don't burn when you are frying the Shashliks
Directions:-
* Marinate the chicken with the ketchup, chili garlic sauce, ginger garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, spices and cornflour.
* Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
* Take shashlik sticks, thread the capsicum, chicken, tomato, chicken, onion, chicken, and again capsicum and then chicken.
* Heat 6 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
* Place the shashliks on it.
* Turn over when one side is cooked.
* Put on the lid so that it's completely cooked from the inside.
* Plate them.
* If there are any extra vegetables squares left, you can mix them with the marination mixture and fry them for 2 minutes.
* Serve and enjoy!
