"Mohammad-Reza Shajarian (محمدرضا شجريان‎) is an Iranian classical singer, composer and Ostad (master) of Persian traditional music. He has been called "Iran's greatest living maestro of Persian classical music." This album released in 1995 by Soroush (SMC-143) contains music composed by Majid Derakhshani (مجید درخشانی), and features Derakhshani on the tar, Abdolbaqi Afsharnia (عبدالنقی افشارنیا) on the ney and Behdad Babaei (بهداد بابایی) on the sitar.
