'NO BBQ NEEDED' PAN KEBABS
serves 5 - 7 people

INGREDIENTS:

1kg Lamb
500g Onion
1 Cup Oil
4 Cups Water
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic

Garnishing:
Mint

PREPARATION
1. In a pressure cooker place the lamb, garlic, salt and water.
2. Put it on medium heat for 10 minutes. (If you do not own a pressure cooker add 6 cups of water and leave it for 40 minutes instead. (for lamb))
3. Drain the meat. - You can eat the broth as a soup!
4. Add oil to a pan and let it heat up. Place in the meat and let it fry for 2 minutes.
5. Throw in the onion and mix it well.
6. Sprinkle in the salt and turmeric. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with mint and fries, and it's ready to eat!
