INGREDIENTS:

6 Cups - Rice
1/2 Cup - Almonds
1/3 Cup - Pistachios
1/2 TSP Saffron & 1/2 Cup Water
1 & 1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 TSP Cardamom
2 TBSP Salt
1 TBSP Black Cumin

PREPARATIONS
1. Boil 5 liters of water and ladle in the rice making sure to leave behind the starchy water add in the salt too. Boil that for 10 mins and stir every 3 mins.
2. As the rice is cooking fry the almonds and pistachios for 1 min each and wrap them in foil.
3.Drain the rice and get a large pot to assemble everything inside.
4.Heat up the oil in a little pan to add too.
6.Start with some oil in the large pot and then put a tortilla wrap on top to prevent sticking from happening.
5. Spoon in half of the rice and on top of that sprinkle on the cardamom and black cumin.
6. After put the rest of the rice on top, as well as, the heated up oil, saffron water, almonds and pistachios.
7. Create holes in the rice, and grab the lid make sure to wrap a towel around and then put something heavy on top.
8. Cook that for 20 - 30 mins on VERY low heat.
9. ENJOY!
