INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Sweet Corn
400g Chicken Breast
1 Cup Gherkin
500g Cooked Pasta
1 Cup Carrot
1 Cup Peas
1/2 Cup Bell Peppers
1 & 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP White Pepper
1 TSP Salt
3 Boiled Egg Yolks
2 Tomato
200g Cherry Tomato
1/2 Cup Coriander
3 Stems Dill
200g Cheese Balls
1/2 yogurt & Philadelphia Cheese (optional)

PREPARATION
1. Mix together; Sweet corn, chicken, gherkin, pasta, carrot, peas, bell pepper, mayonnaise, olive oil, black pepper, white pepper and salt.
2. Once all of those ingredients are fully combined, compress them in a cake tin and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Once 1 hour has passed you and take it out, and while the cake tin is still around the salad spread the yogurt and Philadelphia mixture on top (OPTIONAL). You can then decorate the 'Cake' how ever you like. We used Tomatoes, Egg yolks, dill, coriander and cheese balls. Once the top is decorated remove the cake pan gently
4. We recommend you refrigerate for a few hours for the tastes to mix together to get best results, but feel free to dig in as soon as you have finished.
