INGREDIENTS:
Flour - 6 Cups
Sugar - 1 Cup
Eggs - 3
Butter - 250g
Double Cream - 1 Cup
Baking Soda - 1 Tsp
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp
Pistachio - 2 Tbsp
Syrup / Honey - 2 Tbsp


PREPARATION
1. Whisk together the room temperature butter with the sugar until well combined and then add in the eggs one by one.
2. Then pour in the double cream and whisk again following it up with the vanilla extract and the mixed baking soda and vinegar.
3. Take a bowl with the flour and create a hole in the middle to pour in the wet ingredients and start kneading that until a dough is formed. Put this in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Once the 30 minutes have passed section the dough off into 6 pieces and start assembling your meat mincer.
5. Push the dough through the meat mincer to create the cookie shapes.
6. Once they have all been made coat them in an egg yolk and milk mixture and place them in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes on 175 Celsius.
7. Take them out of the oven and apply some syrup on to it for the pistachios to stick.
8. Enjoy
