INGREDIENTS:

2 & 1/2 Cup FLOUR
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP LEMON ZEST
1/3 CUP OIL
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG
1/2 COCONUT FLAKES
1/2 SYRUP


PREPARATION
1.Mix in the sugar and butter, then proceed to mix in the egg, oil and lemon zest (making sure to mix in-between adding each ingredient)
2.Add the baking powder into the flour and mix it. Add in half on the flour and baking powder and knead it in and then the second half. leave it to the side for 10 mins to rest in the fridge.
3. Once 10 mins have passed roll the dough out in-between parchment paper so transferring is easy as this is a delicate dough. Cut out whatever shape you desire.
4.Place it in the oven for 8 to 10 mins on 160 Celsius.
5. Take them out to cool and make sure that your syrup (2 part sugar 1 part water) coconut flakes and Nutella is ready.
6.Take a Cookie and fill in with Nutella and then close it with another cookie. Coat the sides with syrup and dunk it in coconut flakes.
7.ENJOY!
