Tehran Pars is the name of a large alley located in the east and northeast of Tehran, the capital of Iran, in the area of ​​District 4 of Tehran Municipality and District 8 of Tehran Municipality. Due to its proximity to Khojir National Park, Sorkheh Hesar, Yas Fatemi and Lavizan forest parks, this neighborhood has a pleasant climate. According to the division made by Tehran Municipality, this neighborhood itself includes two parts: Tehran East Pars and Tehran West Pars.

Tehran-West Pars is bounded on the west by Shahid Bagheri Highway, on the east by Shahed Boulevard (Parvin), on the south by Damavand Street and on the north by Shahid Zainuddin Highway.

Tehran, East Pars is limited to 139 streets and part of Shahid Shafiee Makram Street (135) from the east, Shahed Boulevard (Parvin) from the west, Taleghani Street from the south and Shahid Zainuddin Highway from the north. Neighbors of this neighborhood from the east are Golshan and Javadiyeh neighborhoods which are known as Khak-e Sefid.

Tehranpars Gharbi neighborhood is more modern than its eastern neighborhood and has more expensive houses. Towns such as Omid Town, Pars Town, Farhangian Town are in this general title. Highways such as Resalat, Shahid Zainuddin, Shahid Bagheri pass through this area.

In terms of border with the surrounding neighborhoods, Tehran Pars is connected from the north with Kuhsar and Majid Abad neighborhoods, from the west with endowment neighborhoods and Deh Narmak and Dardasht and Elm va Sanat, from the south with Ashtiani neighborhood and from the east with Golshan and Javadieh neighborhoods. Of course, Kuhsar and Majid Abad neighborhoods are traditionally known to the public as part of Tehran Pars.

The main boulevard of Tehranpars is a north-south street that starts from the fourth square below Zainuddin Highway in the north and leads to the Tehranpars intersection at the intersection of Damavand Street and is called Tirandaz Arash (father of Hormoz Arash). After successive changes of letters, this street has been changed from the shooter to Hajar Ibn Uday and is now called Ayatollah Khoshouqat; However, in everyday conversation, it is still known by its old name. Tirandaz Street has a commercial margin and is a kind of shopping center for the residents of this area.

This neighborhood had 4 squares that were located along Tirandaz Street. Recently, the first square of Tehranpars was renamed Qamar Bani Hashem Square. Also, with geometric correction and elimination of the square, the second square of Tehran-Pars is now called Ishraq crossroads. The third square of Tehran-Pars is also called Sajjadieh Square with the approval of Tehran City Council. The fourth square of Tehran-Pars has also been removed after the construction of the Shahid Zainuddin Highway. Resalat Highway also crosses Tirandaz Street between the first and second blocks, which is called Tirandaz Crossroads.
