Yaftabad is an old neighborhood in the southwestern part of Tehran, which is part of District 18 of Tehran Municipality and has an old texture. اکثر سندهای موجود در این منطقه اوقافی بوده و به همین دلیل هم قیمت زمین و ملک در این قسمت از شهر تهران کمتر از متوسط است.
