Naziabad is one of the neighborhoods in the south of Tehran. It is located in the northeast of Khazaneh neighborhood, in the northwest of Javadiyeh neighborhood and in the west of Khaniabad neighborhood, in the east of Bustan Velayat and in the south of Tehran railway.
There are four hundred machines in the south of Naziabad. Its west to Khani Abad Naziabad was built in the thirties and has an urban plan. There are more than 70 squares in this place, which in this regard looks better than the neighborhoods in the south of Tehran. In fact, this neighborhood of Tehran can be considered one of the most prosperous and expensive neighborhoods in Tehran. This neighborhood has modern urban textures. During the mayoralty of Gholam Hossein Karbaschi, due to the establishment of Bahman Park and Bahman Cultural Center instead of the Tehran slaughterhouse, this neighborhood grew significantly in terms of urbanization. This neighborhood has two bazaars in the south of Tehran, known as "First Bazaar" and "Second Bazaar", which are located on Pars Street (now Akbar Mashhadi) and Madain.

نازی‌آباد از محله‌های جنوب شهر تهران است. در شمال شرقی محله خزانه در شمال غربی محله جوادیه و در غرب محله خانی‌آباد، در شرق بوستان ولایت و در جنوب راه‌آهن تهران قرار دارد.
در جنوب نازی‌آباد چهارصد دستگاه قرار دارد. غرب آن به خانی آباد نازی‌آباد در دهه سی خورشیدی بنا شده و دارای طرح شهرسازی است. بیش از ۷۰ میدان در این محل وجود دارد که از این نظر نسبت به محله‌های جنوب تهران ظاهر بهتری دارد. در حقیقت می‌توان این محله تهران را یکی از مرفه‌ترین و گرانترین محله‌های تهران دانست. این محله بافت‌های شهری امروزی و جدید دارد. در دوران شهرداری غلامحسین کرباسچی به واسطه ایجاد پارک بهمن و فرهنگسرای بهمن بجای کشتارگاه تهران این محله به لحاظ شهری رشد چشم‌گیری داشت. این محله دارای دو بازار در منطقه جنوب تهران می‌باشد که به نام «بازار اول» و «بازار دوم» معروفند اند که این بازارها در خیابان پارس (اکبر مشهدی فعلی) و مدائن قرار دارد.
