Farahzad is a neighborhood located in the north of Tehran and Shemiranat, which can be reached from Yadegar Imam Highway, Farahzad Road and Farahzadi Boulevard in Gharb town. Farahzad is from the neighborhoods of Tehran and is part of District 2 of Tehran Municipality.

Farahzad neighborhood is one of the old neighborhoods of Tehran, which has been established as a cold and cool village along the Imamzadeh Davood road in the past, and over time, due to the development of the capital, it has become a neighborhood of Tehran.

فَرَحزاد، محله‌ای واقع در شمال تهران و شميرانات است که از بزرگراه یادگار امام، جاده فرحزاد و بلوار فرحزادی شهرک غرب قابل آمد و شد است. فرحزاد از محلات تهران است و جزئی از منطقه ۲ شهرداری تهران به حساب می‌آید.

محله فرحزاد، از محله‌های قدیمی تهران است که از گذشته به‌صورت روستایی سردسیر و خنک در مسیر جاده امامزاده داوود استقرار داشته و به مرور زمان و در اثر توسعه پایتخت به‌صورت محله‌ای از شهر تهران درآمده است.
