Breakfast of Champions // صبحانه خوشمزه و کامل
Serves 1 Person

INGREDIENTS:

2 TBSP oil
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped salami
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 Tortilla wrap

add any preferred sauce/dip and vegetables.

PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat.
2. Add 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper. Fry for 1 minute.
3. Add 1/2 cup chopped salami. Fry for 1 minute.
4. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper.
5. Add a pinch of salt.
6. Add 3 eggs and stir mixture into the middle of the pan.
7. Place 1 tortilla wrap on top of the mixture and flatten the centre out to spread the mixture across the whole pan. Leave the wrap for 1-2 minutes.
8.Carefully flip the Tortilla wrap and egg mixture and fold it in half.
9. fry both sides of the folded tortilla wrap.
10. Add a preferred sauce/dip and vegetables.
