INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Walnut
Chocolates
Edible Pearls
GANACHE:
300g Chocolate
200ml Double Cream
SIMPLE SYRUP:
1 Part Water
1 Part Sugar
Preparation -
Bring to a boil and once the sugar is melted turn off the heat and let the syrup cool down completely.
Preparation
1. Bake the chocolate cake and cut it into three layers.

2. Create the cream for the cake that will be used for the filling, coating and decorating.

3. Once everything is prepared you can start decorating by following the steps in the video.
4. Apply the simple syrup and add a layer of cream on top and to finish it add on the walnuts. Repeat this step once more and then coat the entire cake.
5. Let it cool in the fridge for 1 hour and as that is cooling create you ganache making sure to let that cool down completely to get a thick mixture that won't run too much.
6. From here on just decorate the cake how you desire, in this video, we aimed to show a design that is pleasing to the eye yet easy to create.
