PAKOWRA - Healthy, Filling & VEGAN Veggie Fries
Serves 7 People

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cup Onion
2 Cup Potato
2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Coriander
2 TBSP Green Chili
1 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Coriander Seed
1/2 TSP Ajwain
1 TSP Red Hot Chili Flakes
1 TBSP Salt
2 Cups Besan
1 Cup Plain Flour
1/2 Cup Water
Frying Oil

PREPARATION:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl (excluding water and frying oil)
2. When all ingredients are placed in a bowl gradually add in the water as you are mixing with you hands to help it stick.
3. Put the frying oil in the pan and let it heat up.
4. Take to spoons, and spoon out the mix in the frying oil.
5. Fry each side for 3 minutes.
6. Take them out the frying pan and let the oil drain.
7. ENJOY
