INGREDIENTS:

Milk - 1 Litre
Double Cream - 1 Litre
Pistachios
Dried Roses
Honey
Syrup


PREPARATION
1. Prepare a heat-proof flat dish by covering the bottom with aluminium wrap and set aside for later use.
2. In a pan pour in the milk and double cream - bring it to a boil. Boil it for 5 minutes, but make sure to keep ladling the mixture for air to be incorporated.
3. Once the 5 minutes have passed pour it in the prepared dish and place it over LOW heat for 1 & 1/2 hours. (make sure that the dish does not move much and do not stir it)
4. After 1 & 1/2 Hours enjoy.
