Sattar Khan Street (former name: Taj Street) is one of the most important streets in Tehran. This street is located in Sattar Khan neighborhood known as Bargh Alstom and was renamed from Taj to Sattar Khan after the revolution. Sattar Khan is actually the name of one of the leaders of the Iranian constitutional movement.

This street, which was called Taj Street before the Islamic Revolution of Iran, starts from the second Sadeghieh Square (Ariashahr) and after passing the first Sadeghieh Square, it reaches the intersection of Khosrow Street. After that, the street becomes two-way and passes under the stairs of Yadegar Imam Highway and Sattar Khan Bridge to reach the three ways of Tehran Villa. After that, Baqer Khan Street branches off from it to reach its end in Tohid Square, which used to be called Kennedy Square.

Sattar Khan Street is accessible through Tohid Metro Station and Tarasht Metro Station.

It is said that Sattar Khan neighborhood was originally one of the gardens of Tarasht, where construction was carried out by immigrants from Khomeini and Yazd a few years before the revolution.

This street is famous for its fast food and restaurants. It is common among the people to call it Abdominal Street. The most famous restaurants are Neshat fast food, Pizza Tak and Bomb Tehran.

Also, this street is a good place to buy car sports equipment and there are many shops in this field.

خیابان ستارخان (نام پیشین: خیابان تاج) یکی از مهمترین خیابان‌های شهر تهران است. این خیابان در محله ستارخان معروف به برق آلستوم واقع شده است و پس از انقلاب از تاج به ستارخان تغییر نام داد. ستارخان در واقع نام یکی از سرداران جنبش مشروطه ایران است.

این خیابان که پیش از انقلاب اسلامی ایران خیابان تاج نام داشت، از میدان دوم صادقیه (آریاشهر) آغاز شده و پس از گذر از میدان اول صادقیه به تقاطع خیابان خسرو می‌رسد. پس از آن خیابان دو طرفه شده و از زیر پل‌های بزرگراه یادگار امام و پل ستارخان عبور می‌کند تا به سه راه تهران ویلا برسد. پس از آن خیابان باقرخان از آن منشعب می‌شود تا در میدان توحید که در گذشته میدان کندی نام داشت به انتهای خود می‌رسد.

خیابان ستارخان از طریق ایستگاه مترو توحید و ایستگاه مترو طرشت قابل دسترسی است.

گفته می شود که محله ستارخان در ابتدا جزو باغات طرشت بوده است که چند سال پیش از انقلاب به مرور در آن ساخت و ساز توسط مهاجرین اهل خمین و یزد انجام شد.

شهرت این خیابان به فست فودی ها و رستوران های واقع در آن است. بین مردم شایع است که به آن خیابان شکم می گویند. از مشهورترین رستوران ها می توان به فست فود نشاط، پیتزا تک و بمب تهران اشاره کرد.

همچنین برای خرید لوازم اسپرت کردن ماشین، این خیابان، محل مناسبی است و مغازه های فراوانی در این زمینه دارد.
