Somayyeh Street is a one-way street located in the center of Tehran. This street is located in District 6 of the municipality in Tehran province. This street starts from the east with Shariati Street. On its way, it intersects Bahar, Mofateh, Mousavi, Iranshahr, General Qarni and Villa streets. Somayyeh eventually leads to Hafez Street.
Somayyeh was known as Soraya Street in the past. The reason for this letter is the name of one of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi's wives. After the revolution, the name of this street was changed to "Somayyeh". There is no exact information about the date and date of Somayyeh; But at least this street dates back to the 1940s.

خیابان سمیه خیابانی یک‌طرفه واقع در مرکز تهران است. این خیابان در منطقه ۶ شهرداری در استان تهران قرار دارد. این خیابان از شرق با خیابان شریعتی آغاز می‌شود. در مسیر خود خیابان‌های بهار، مفتح، موسوی، ایرانشهر، سپهبد قرنی و خیابان ویلا را قطع می‌کند. سمیه در نهایت به خیابان حافظ منتهی می‌شود.
سمیه را در گذشته با نام خیابان ثریا می‌شناخته‌اند. دلیل این نام‌گذاری نیز نام یکی از همسران محمدرضا پهلوی است. پس از انقلاب، نام این خیابان را به «سمیه» تغییر دادند. اطلاعات دقیقی درباره تاریخ و قدمت سمیه وجود ندارد؛ اما حداقل قدمت این خیابان به دهه ۴۰ شمسی می‌رسد.
