گوش فیل یکی از انواع شیرینی‌های ایرانی است که مواد آن را زرده تخم مرغ، شیر یا ماست، روغن و بیکینگ پودر تشکیل می‌دهند.

Gosh-e Fil (Persian: گُوش فيل) is an Afghan and Iranian dessert dish made by shaping dough into the shape of an ear (gosh), and deep-fried in oil. Each shape is then topped with chopped pistachios and powdered sugar. Afghans usually make gosh-e fil for Eid (religious celebration).
