INGREDIENTS:

Meat:
Lamb – 1 Kg
Mixed Spice – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 2 (medium)
Oil – ½ Cup
Water - 2 Cups (Boiling)
Garlic and Ginger Paste - 1 Tbsp

Rice:
Basmati Rice –8 Cups (wash and soak 1 hour before cooking)
Salt – 2 Tbsp

Decoration:
Carrots – 2 Cups
Raisins – 1 Cup
Pistachios – 1/3 Cup
Almonds –3/4 Cup
Sugar – 3 Tbsp
Oil – 1/2 Cup
Cardamom – 1 Tbsp
Mixed Spice – 1 Tbsp
Lavash Naan/Bread
Oil and Butter - 1 Cup
