INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp Yeast
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sesame Seed (Black & White)
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
4 Cups Bread Flour


PREPARATION
1. In a bowl filled with the bread flour add the salt and 1 tbsp black sesame seeds. Mix that well.
2. Create a crater in the middle of the bread flour, and add the yeast, a bit of sugar and water. Mix that and cover the bowl for 10 minutes to let the yeast activate.
3. While the yeast is activating create the rest of the mixture by taking a separate bowl and mix together the sugar, oil and eggs.
4. Once the 10 minutes have gone by add in the prepared mixture to the activated yeast and knead it all together for 10 minutes.
5. Coat the kneaded dough with oil and let that rest for 1 hour.
6. When the 1 hour has gone by section the dough into 2, and let that rest for another 15 minutes.
7. finally when the 15 minutes are up model the dough into the komach bread shape and coat it with an egg yolk and milk mixture. Add sesame seed on top for decoration.
8. Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes on 180 celsius.
