INGREDIENTS:
2 Packs of Puff Pastry
600g Whipping Cream
2 Cup Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
Wooden Cylinders
Parchment Paper
Aluminium foil
PREPARATION
1. Take the wooden cylinder and wrap the aluminium foil and parchment paper around it to create the rolls. (you will need 20 cylinders for this quantity)
2. Roll out the ready-made puff pastry and cut them into long strips to then roll around the cylinders.
3. Place them in the oven for as long it is instructed on the puff pastry packaging. We did 25 minutes at 180 Celsius.
4. Wait for the rolls to cool, and remove them from the cylinders.
5. As the rolls are cooling, even more, you can start making the cream. Take the whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract and mix until it is made into a cream.
6. Take this cream and fill a piping bag to pipe into the rolls. Once the rolls are piped sprinkle icing sugar on top with cardamom powder.
7. The cream rolls are done and you can enjoy them. Best served a bit cold.
