INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Flour
1 & 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar
1 Cup Oil
3 Eggs
1/3 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Baking Powder
20 Candy Cherries
1/2 Cup Chopped Mixed Nuts

PREPARATION
1. Pour the oil into a saucepan and heat it up.
2. Take a bowl and pour in the plain flour, and then add in the hot oil. Mix it with a spoon first as it is hot and then use your hands.
3. Once that is mixed well, add the icing sugar, baking powder, salt and cardamom.
4. Mix the eggs and put them in the mixture and knead until you have a sticky dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
5. Once the dough has rested take around golf ball size amounts of dough. Roll it into a ball and put it in a container with the mixed nuts and shake it. Place it gently on a baking tray.
6. Once that is done to all the dough place a Candy Cherry in the middle for decoration.
7. Bake them for 15 minutes on 175 celsius.
8. Enjoy
