INGREDIENTS:
4 & 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 & 1/2 Cup Water
sesame seed
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Put the yeast, 1 tbsp of sugar and flour with the warm milk in a bowl. Mix this and leave for 10 minutes.
2.Add in the oil after 10 minutes has gone by and add in the remaining sugar with salt. Mix this well.
3. Get your bowl of flour and add in your yeast mixture. Take the water and wash out the bowl of yeast to get everything, and knead this for 10 minutes adding the water little by little.
4. Rest your dough for 1 hour in an oil-covered bowl.
5. Once 1 hour is up section your dough into 4 pieces and roll these into balls and rest that for 20 minutes.
6. Now that the 20 minutes is up you can start shaping your bread. (in the video it is in the traditional 'Tajik' Style. Rest this for 10 minutes.
7. Coat your shaped bread in milk. You can decorate how you desire. Also, coat in egg yolk to get a shiny effect.
8. Place it in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes on 170 celsius.
9. Enjoy!
