INGREDIENTS:

Butter 1/2 Cup
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1/3 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
egg 2
Yeast 1 Tbsp
Flour 3 & 1/2 Cup

Filling:

Feta Cheese 600g
Coriander 1 Cup
Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Red Hot Chili Pepper 1/2 Tsp


PREPARATION
1. Add the yeast, 1tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp, flour and milk. Mix and let it rest for 10 mins.
2. Once the yeast has rested pour it in a bowl and add in the rest of the flour and sugar with the salt, eggs and butter. Knead and let it rest for 1 hour.
3. While the dough is resting start preparing the filling. Grate the cheese and add in the coriander with the black pepper and red hot chili pepper.
4. Once 1 hour has gone by and the filling is prepared - get the dough and knead it more to let the air escape, and then create little balls and let that rest for 10 mins.
5. Take the little balls after 10 mins and start filling them up with the cheese.
6. When they are all made let that rest again for 20 mins and then put them in the oven on 170 Celsius for 20 - 25 mins.
