Minced Beef - 800g
Minced Lamb - 500g
Coriander - 1/2 Cup
Carrot - 1 Large
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Ginger - 1 Tsp
Bell Pepper - 1/2 of 1
Onion - 1 Large
Egg - 1
Gram Flour - 1/3 Cup
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
Salt - to taste
Cumin - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes

Sauce:

Oil - 3/4 Cup
Onion - 2 Large
Half Chickpeas - 1/2 Cup
Tomato Sauce - 1 Cup
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Ginger - 1 Tbsp
Curry Powder - 1 Tsp
Paprika - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - to taste
Salt - to taste
Cumin - 1 Tsp
Water - 3 Cups
