Kiwi Bread (Breakfast Bread) Recipe.
Ingredients:
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Kiwis (Approx. 9 oz / 225g)
1 Kiwi
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Egg
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preparations:
1- Dice two kiwis.
2- Slice one kiwi.
3- Roast the shredded coconut. 325º F (163º C) for 5 Minutes.
4- Keep the butter in room temperature 10 minutes prior to making this recipe.
