INGREDIENTS:

Water - 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Almonds - 2 Cups
Salt (for roasting) - 2 Cups

PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl mix together the water, lemon juice and salt.
2. Add the mixture to the almonds and make sure everything is well distributed.
3. Put the soaked almonds to the side, and heat up the 2 cups of salt for 5 minutes on high heat.
4. Once the salt has heated up add in the almonds 1 cup at a time (make sure that the lemon mixture is drained)
5. Roast the almonds for 3 - 5 minuted on low heat. Make sure you check the almonds by checking the middle making sure it does not go brown.
5. Scoop out the almonds leaving the remaining salt behined.
6. Enjoy.
