Apple Murabba is very nutritious and tasty. Can be served with bread for a healthy breakfast or as a quick snack.

Ingredients:-
* 1 kg peeled and sliced Apples ( soak in water and 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice so that it doesn't darken)
* 1 kg Sugar
* 4 tablespoons of fresh Lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon of Green Cardamom powder or 1 teaspoon of Rose water ( as favored )

Directions:-
* Boil 3 cups of water and sugar until sugar dissolves and a syrup is formed
* Pour out the lemon and water mixture and add the apple to the syrup
* Let cook on low flame until the apple softens and syrup thickens.
* Add the lemon juice
* Cook for half a minute
* Turn off the flame
* Add the Cardamom ( or rose water)
* Enjoy!
